Excellent resistance to heat, weather and corrosion, good insulation and prevention to bending, high tensile strength, excellent paint film, high rigidity under high temperature, good brightness, comfortable feeling and non-sticking, fit for no-stick pan, electric pan, electric cooker, barbecue support and barbecue furnace, as well as household apparatus, electrical heater and cooker.
1. FJNZ-1 resin has good resistance to dissolve, high rigidity under high temperature, excellent paint film, can be made into heat resistant dope under 200 to 300℃, it can be used with FJNZ-4 to enhance resistance to temperature, fit for outer coating of no-stick pan.
2. Excellent resistance to high temperature, paint film has no change under 280 to 290℃ within 10 to 15min with good paint film and brightness; high rigidity under high temperature, 1h rigidity under high temperature, good non-stick ability; inside dope for electric cooker.
3. FJNZ-5 resin has good resistance to higher temperature, better brightness and no-stick ability; fit for inside dope of electric cooker.
